Hi I’m Paula Jayne Grant  and have the pleasure of owning and running Theoss.

After numerous years working in the Recruitment Industry I took some time out to pursue other interests.  Having used agency services as  both a Candidate and a Client my  experiences were very mixed. This is when I decided to put my  knowledge to good use and set up on my own.

Here at Theoss we are all about working in collaboration with our clients because who knows your business and people better than you?  

Our aim is to get to know you, what makes you a business that people want to work for and what type of people help you to grow.  We know that placing the wrong person into your team can be disruptive and ultimately cost you financially.

The main focus of our business  is to build trust and long lasting relationships with Clients and Candidates alike. We operate on a consultative basis and if that means those difficult conversations where we can’t give you exactly what you are looking for or your expectations are a little off track we will be honest and tell you and the reason why. We will also celebrate your successes and promote your business honestly and enthusiastically.
